Canon sd780is Review

This is my own Canon Powershot Sd780is Review.

I was looking for something that I could just carry around with me everywhere.
I was getting tired of packing around my big DSLR and lugging around my camcorder.
After a lot of searching I found the lowest price was at Amazon and I also got free shipping at the time.

I started using my Canon Sd780is as soon as I got it without looking at the instructions and was able to just put the camera on auto mode and It came out with some very crisp and clear photos. So I thought I would put it to the real test and made some test prints. I made several pocket size, 4 x 6 and some 8 x 10. The 8 x 10 prints came out just as good if not better than my DSLR. The 12.1 Mp on this camera is more than enough to get very nice 8x 10 prints. So what that means is unless you are going to need to make some prints larger than 8 x 10 you dont need a DSLR!

I decided to take some videos and see how they came out and the videos came out surpisingly clear and with no noticeable noise. I like it because I can just plug it in to my High Def. TV and watch the videos or look at the pictures. I can also plug it in to my computer with the usb cord that was included and do the same thing. I like to download them to my computer and store them in my collection of videos and pictures.

I carry my Canon SD780is with me everywhere I go and I am always taking pictures and videos of my daughter. What I like most of all is the fact that I can just pull it out of my shirt pocket and snap a picture very quickly to catch those special moments of my daughter. I do not need to mess with the settings like I would on my DSLR which takes more time and I miss the opportunity to get the natural shot.

I would definitely recommend this Canon Sd780is to a beginner or a professional photographer.
